What we did
Geotextile and a 0.75mm geomembrane laid the length of the excavation and welded, the crate system built inside, then the wrap closed and the pipe connections sealed through it.
The tricky bits
A tight railway site with a brick building on one side and a deep trench on the other. When the delivery came up 15 side panels short, one end was left to close out properly on a return visit.
What we delivered
A lined, wrapped tank with its base weld pressure-tested to 1 bar and recorded, on a constrained station site.
The membrane
The tank was lined in 0.75mm geomembrane, the thickness we fit on most tanks. Every joint was heat-welded rather than taped.
Programme
The first visit was signed off on site in mid-June 2026, with the open end recorded on the sign-off as work still to complete. The shortfall was across the width at one end, so that end was built out and closed on the return visit.
