What we did
We deployed protective fleece and a welded impermeable membrane across the lined area, detailed to the structures on site and tested at the seams.

Working on a live industrial site around existing plant and structures means careful deployment and clean welds in a working environment.

A tested, documented lining installation delivered to the site's requirements.
The lining
Protective fleece went down first, so the formation can't puncture the membrane. The impermeable membrane was laid over it and heat-welded panel to panel, then detailed around the pipe penetrations and structures on site.
Testing and handover
A test weld was carried out and recorded before cover, and the installation was handed over with its weld test record and QA documentation.
