What we did

We supplied and installed the 62-tonne-rated Hydrocell crates, built to 500m³, wrapped them in a 0.6mm HDPE membrane welded into a fully sealed system, and protected the wrap with a 300g/m² geotextile fleece.

02

The tricky bits

A tight programme on a residential site with limited space. Deliveries and the installation sequence were planned around the rest of the build, and the HDPE welds were tested as part of our quality control before the tank was handed back.

03

What we delivered

A watertight 500m³ tank with tested welds, installed on time and within the customer's budget.

04

Welding the HDPE

Welding HDPE into a single sealed wrap around a 500m³ block takes specialist technique. Every joint was heat-welded rather than taped, then tested before the tank was covered.

05

Working with the site

We worked with the site team on deliveries and access so the tank went in without disrupting the wider build. Every stage, from quotation through installation to final testing, was completed on time.
