What we did
Install only. We built the 650m³ attenuation system to the design, sequencing the work around the site programme and the trades that followed.
The tricky bits
The programme was tight, with a fixed handover date, and bad weather affected ground conditions and access during the install. The work was planned around weather windows and site activity, with the sequence adjusted on site as conditions changed.
What we delivered
A 650m³ tank installed within the required timeframe, so the contractor could hand over on time and the next phase could start.
Install only
Our scope here was installation only. Install-only is a normal way to work with us: we build to the drainage design and flag anything about the supplied materials that affects the warranty or weld count before we start.
Why the date mattered
The handover date was fixed because the trades that followed couldn't start until the tank was in, and the contractor needed the work complete within a particular valuation.
